As a Team Lead Logistics (m/f/x) at our Dreieich site, you will not only manage operational warehouse processes but also play a key role in supporting logistics activities for our data center locations. With clarity, accountability, and a strong team spirit, you will lead your team through a dynamic work environment and achieve outstanding results together. Are you on it?\nOperational Management & Responsibility: You coordinate daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, and internal material flows) and support the management of logistics activities for our data center locations.\n\nLeadership & Team Development: Through clear communication, regular feedback, and targeted development initiatives, you strengthen ownership, engagement, and collaboration within your team.\n\nStakeholder Management: As the central point of contact within the warehouse, you work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth coordination and communication.\n\nPerformance & Process Improvement: You analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and drive the implementation of continuous improvement measures.\n\nQuality, Safety & Standards: You ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards while also leading by example through hands-on operational involvement.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications: You hold a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
