Because working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nAs Team Lead Data Centre (m/f/d), you will coordinate a team of Data Centre Associates and provide guidance and support on technical, operational, and organizational topics. With your technical background and problem-solving mindset, you will help the team drive operational excellence. Are you on it?\nCoordinate and support the team in day-to-day data centre operations\nManage the provision, movement and availability of materials, hardware and infrastructure components required for technical activities\nSupport installation, cabling, rack integration and hardware deployment activities within critical IT infrastructure environments\nEnsure compliance with safety, quality, operational and service-level standards\nAct as the first point of contact for operational topics, incident escalations and continuous process improvements\nCollaborate closely with customers, suppliers and internal technical stakeholders\nSupport technical documentation, reporting, inventory management and asset tracking activities\nQualifications\nExperience in logistics, technical operations management, warehouse operations or a data centre environment\nIdeally, first experience in functional leadership or team coordination\nVery good technical understanding\nVery good written and spoken German and English skills\nHigh service orientation, sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality\nWillingness to work in shifts\nAdditional Information\nThe minimum salary for this position is €3,200.00 gross per month.
