You’ll work closely with your colleagues to identify and resolve technical issues and prevent problems where possible.\nYour responsibilities include:\nTroubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical faults;\n\nPerforming preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations and equipment;\n\nCarrying out inspections and checks to identify potential issues at an early stage;\n\nSupporting colleagues with technical questions and challenges;\n\nContributing ideas to improve equipment, processes and maintenance procedures;\n\nRecording maintenance activities and reporting technical issues;\n\nWorking safely and according to applicable procedures and guidelines;\n\nSupporting the smooth start-up and development of the new location in Lelystad.\n\nYou’ll become part of the Technical Service team and work closely with colleagues across the operation. Together, you’ll make sure technical issues are resolved efficiently and that the logistics operation can continue without unnecessary interruptions.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nAt Arvato, we believe that your development is just as important as your experience. As part of our new location in Lelystad, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills and grow with the operation.\nWe offer:\nA gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €4,164 based on 40 hours, depending on experience;\n\nShift allowance;\n\nTime-for-Time arrangement;\n\n25 vacation days, with the option to purchase additional leave;\n\nThe opportunity to earn up to 3 additional days based on our non-sickness incentive;\n\nPension scheme;\n\nTravel allowance;\n\nDiscount on gym memberships and a bike plan;\n\nTraining and development opportunities;\n\nA one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;\n\nThe opportunity to be part of a new operation from the start and contribute to its successful development.\n\nFor this role, you are required to be legally allowed to work in the Netherlands at the time of application.\nYOUR PROFILE\nWe are looking for a practical and solution-oriented Technician who enjoys working in a logistics environment.\nMBO level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field;\n\nExperience as a technician is a plus, preferably in a logistics, warehouse or industrial environment;\n\nKnowledge of mechanical and electrical systems;\n\nAble to troubleshoot problems and work independently when needed;\n\nPractical, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility;\n\nWillingness to work in shifts;\n\nGood communication skills;\n\nYou speak Dutch or English.\n\nAre you a starter with a technical education and limited work experience?
