In this role, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality products to our customers by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.\nIf you enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout your day, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit! In this role, you will have the opportunity to constantly grow and develop your skills through hands-on training that continues throughout your career.\nShifts are Monday - Friday.\n1st Shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm\n2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm\n3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am\nYOUR TASKS:\nReceive inbound freight by unloading trailers, counting individual items in boxes, restacking pallets and using WMS to place into bays. \nStage outbound freight by picking items from WMS, transferring items into totes and pallets, and organizing into outbound lanes. \nDetermine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers\nWork independently with a sense of urgency and purpose\nMake decisions based on quantity of work and required finishing time to meet shipment deadlines\nFollow Return’s disposition playbook\nMaintain neat and orderly workspace\nUse of computer and SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs\nAny other task as directed by the supervisor\nQualifications\nAt least 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing type of environment\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Education\nStand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift\nAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment\nMaximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift, less than 10 lbs.\nAbility to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator\nAbility to communicate verbally\nAre able to work in a non-climate controlled environment\nAdditional Information\nMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.\n401(k) with company match up to 6%.\nPaid time off, including holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA).\nProfessional development, including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.
