Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures inventory is handled safely and efficiently, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and follows all company procedures and safety standards. The Warehouse Associate works closely with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and support overall warehouse productivity.\nYOUR TASKS\nPick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.\nReceive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.\nOperate warehouse equipment, including barcode scanners and pallet jacks.\nLoad and unload containers efficiently.\nAssist with returns, exchanges, and damaged goods processing.\nEvaluate finished products to ensure they meet customer quality standards.\nMaintain a neat and orderly workspace.\nUse SAP for data entry and tracking.\nPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.\nEngage in repetitive hand assembly/semi-automated operations.\nEnsure accuracy in counting and maintain a quality conscience.\nTransport component materials and finished goods between departments and storage locations.\nAchieve daily picking demands and ensure pick waves are in priority sequence.\nValidate and proof all labels and packing slips before picking.\nUtilize PDA scan gun to track items throughout the warehouse.\nUse of WMS for PDA scanning.\nCommunicate throughout the day with the team lead.\nFollow company safety and hygiene regulations.\nContinuously support departmental process improvements.\nAny additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment\nThis job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities, the Company reserves the right to change or modify the job description at any time, with or without notice.\nQualifications\nMinimum 3-month experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment\nKnowledge of SAP and WMS pertaining to warehouse activities\nRequires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, PDA scanner and calculator.\nStrong verbal communication skills.\nFlexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse \nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent \nAble to stand/walk for long periods of time \nRequires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend \nManufacturing Environment \nStand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift \nAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment \nMaximum unassisted lift up to 50 lbs., assisted lift up to 80 lbs.\nRequires ability to use a keyboard, monitor, RF scanner and calculator \nRequires the ability to communicate verbally \nTravel not required\nAdditional Information\nMedical and Life insurance.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nVoluntary benefits such as Dental, Vision, and Gap insurance, short-term disability, paid family leave, accident insurance, critical illness and cancer insurance. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
