You translate data into action and ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved.\nLead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved; \nAnalyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans; \nDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives; \nCoach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance; \nOptimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency. \nYou will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager.
