You lead a team of Supervisors, ensure operational excellence, and continuously improve processes through data-driven decision-making. You report directly to the Site Director.\nYour responsibilities include:\nLeading, coaching, and developing multiple Supervisors and their operational teams;\nMonitoring and steering daily KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, and service;\nAnalyzing operational performance and translating data into actionable improvement initiatives;\nDriving continuous improvement and operational excellence within a highly automated warehouse environment;\nCollaborating closely with Workforce Planning and other support departments to optimize capacity and operational performance;\nHelping shape the future of Arvato's newest Tech location by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement;\nCreating a culture of ownership, collaboration, safety, and continuous development.\nYou will work in a dynamic warehouse environment where flexibility is important.
