Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing the labor and equipment of the assigned warehouse department, ensuring timely completion and quality of orders. Your work will align with our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. This role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and distribution of items from suppliers or production shops. You will manage labor resources effectively while prioritizing orders with precision. The supervisor will train and supervise associates on assigned shifts.\nYOUR TASKS\nOversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping data center hardware (e.g., servers, switches, cables, racks)\nTechnical VAS and Returns services as required\nEnsure timely and accurate order delivery to meet data center deployment schedules\nImplement and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and space utilization\nMaintain Yard Management System and Metrics\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment including humidity and temperature monitoring\nMaintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS), including product serialization\nConduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits\nInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory in a timely manner\nSupervise and train warehouse staff, including warehouse associates and forklift operators\nSchedule shifts and manage labor resources to meet operational demands, including peaks\nEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement in warehouse and Data Center operations\nLead and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent \nPrevious experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment \nKnowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks \nSAP or equivalent WMS systems experience \n3-5 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience \nAdditional Information\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
