You'll support daily warehouse operations, analyze operational data, resolve system and process-related issues, and help ensure processes run smoothly from day one. Working with modern ERP and WMS systems, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure a stable and efficient warehouse operation.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Warehouse Support Specialist, you'll combine operational support with data analysis. You'll act as a key point of contact for operational and system-related issues, investigate deviations, and translate your findings into sustainable improvements.\nYour responsibilities include:\nActing as a first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;\nInvestigating discrepancies in orders, inventory, and warehouse processes and coordinating appropriate solutions;\nAnalyzing operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using Excel and ERP/WMS systems;\nPreparing reports and sharing operational insights with relevant stakeholders;\nSupporting root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues;\nMonitoring warehouse processes and ensuring data quality within operational systems;\nProactively identifying improvement opportunities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives;\nContributing to the successful implementation and launch of the new Tech operation in Lelystad.\nYou'll become part of the Warehouse Support team within our Tech division. Together with your colleagues, you'll work closely with Warehouse Operations, Quality, Customer Support, Planning, and other stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient operation every day.\nYou'll primarily work during regular office hours.
