You will be the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues and turn your findings into sustainable improvements.\nAct as the first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;\nInvestigate discrepancies in orders, inventory, and processes and implement sustainable solutions;\nAnalyze operational data, inventory accuracy, and performance trends using SAP and Excel;\nPrepare reports and share insights with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders;\nSupport root cause analyses and corrective actions to prevent recurring issues;\nMonitor warehouse processes and ensure data quality within operational systems;\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives;\nContribute to the successful implementation and start-up of a new customer operation.\nYou will be part of the Operations Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality, and Customer Support.
