You act as the first point of contact for issues on the floor and translate these into structural improvements.\nActing as first point of contact for operational and system-related issues within the warehouse;\nInvestigating order, stock or process deviations and implementing sustainable solutions;\nAnalyzing data (inventory, performance, flows) using Excel and WMS/ERP systems;\nPreparing reports and sharing insights with Operations, Quality and other stakeholders;\nProactively identifying improvements to prevent recurring issues.\nYou are part of the Warehouse Support team and work closely with Supervisors, Quality and Customer Support.
