Working with modern warehouse management systems and international supply chain solutions, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.\nYOUR TASKS\nAs a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between operations and support departments, ensuring warehouse processes run efficiently every day. You investigate operational challenges, analyse data, and work closely with multiple stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements that keep our logistics operation performing at its best.\nProvide operational support on the warehouse floor and act as the first point of contact for process-related issues;\nInvestigate challenges involving orders, inventory, materials, or systems and implement structural improvements;\nAnalyse warehouse data, stock levels, inventories, and operational performance using Excel and WMS/ERP systems;\nPrepare reports and communicate findings with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and, where applicable, customers;\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and prevent recurring operational issues.\nYou'll become part of the Warehouse Support team, working closely with Operations, Quality, Customer Support, and other internal departments. In this role, you report to the Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor and collaborate daily with colleagues to continuously improve warehouse performance.\nWe're looking for a proactive Warehouse Support Specialist who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and is passionate about solving operational challenges.\nMBO (Vocational) or Bachelor's degree;\nAt least 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar operational support role;\nExcellent command of the English language;\nExperience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP;\nStrong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis;\nAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;\nAccurate, proactive, and strong communication skills;\nAvailable to work according to the applicable shift schedule;\nExperience within a logistics or warehouse environment is an advantage.\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?\nExperience matters.
