Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nLocation: Corby, Northamptonshire\nSalary: £29,020 per annum\nHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm\nContract: Permanent\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Corby.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping colleagues develop the skills they need to be successful in a busy warehouse environment.\nYou’ll coordinate and support training across the operation, making sure colleagues receive the right training at the right time and that training records are kept accurate and up to date.\nYou don't need to be an experienced trainer or have a formal L&D background. We're looking for someone who is organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nWhat you'll be doing\nCoordinate and schedule training for new and existing warehouse colleagues.\n\nSupport the onboarding and induction of new starters.\n\nWork closely with warehouse managers and team leaders to identify training requirements.\n\nArrange training sessions and ensure colleagues are available to attend.\n\nMaintain accurate training records and ensure mandatory training is completed.\n\nMonitor training completion and follow up where required.\n\nSupport trainers and operational teams with the delivery of warehouse training.\n\nHelp ensure colleagues are trained and competent before carrying out relevant tasks independently.\n\nProvide support and guidance to colleagues throughout their training.\n\nIdentify any training gaps and escalate these to the relevant manager.\n\nProduce basic reports and updates on training activity.\n\nHelp maintain training materials and documentation.\n\nBuild positive relationships with colleagues across the warehouse operation.\n\nQualifications\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and confident working with people.\nYou'll ideally have:\nExperience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.\n\nPrevious experience coordinating training, inductions or onboarding would be beneficial.\n\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\n\nConfidence communicating with colleagues at all levels.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple training activities and deadlines.\n\nGood attention to detail, particularly when maintaining records.\n\nA positive and supportive approach to helping others learn.\n\nGood basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.\n\nThe confidence to work independently while also being part of a wider team.\n\nWhy join Arvato?\nAt Arvato, you'll be joining a growing operation where there are opportunities to develop your skills and build a long-term career.\nThis role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and operations and wants to develop their experience in training and development within a busy logistics environment.\nYou'll have the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, gain valuable experience in warehouse training and play an important role in helping our colleagues develop and succeed.\nAdditional Information\n25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays with the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days\nPension contribution\nA life assurance policy that pays out 4 x Salary\nEmployee Assistance Programme that provides you with confidential support, information, and advice to help you\nEmployee Discount Scheme Benefit Hub\nFree Parking\nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
