Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Campus Floating Wave Planner is a versatile planning resource responsible for supporting multiple clients across the Louisville campus. This role is designed to build planning bench strength by providing coverage during PTO, supporting volume surges, assisting with onboarding and training of new planners, and ensuring continuity of operations. The position operates Monday through Friday and requires strong cross-functional knowledge, adaptability, and collaboration.\nYOUR TASKS\nServe as a floating planner across all Louisville-based clients, maintaining working knowledge of each client’s planning processes, volume patterns, and service requirements\nProvide coverage for planner PTO, absences, or open roles to ensure uninterrupted operations\nSupport planners during periods of higher-than-normal volume by assisting with wave planning, workload balancing, and priority management\nQuickly adapt to changing client needs and planning environments\nBecome fully cross-trained and proficient in all Louisville client planning workflows, tools, and standard operating procedures\nAct as a flexible campus-level resource to strengthen overall planning resilience and continuity\nShare best practices and lessons learned across clients to help standardize and improve planning effectiveness\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday (subject to change based on coverage role)\nWork Location: On-site at the Louisville campus\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in planning or a related operational role\nStrong understanding and experience using a warehouse management system (preferred SAP)\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly and apply them accurately\nAdditional Information\nHourly pay rate for Louisville, KY - $24.00 per hour\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.\n401(k) with company matching up to 6%.\nPaid Time Off, including paid holidays.\nFlexible Spending Accounts.\nVoluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.\nEmployee Assistance Program.\nOngoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.\nCommuter benefits.\nEmployee engagement activities. \nDisclosure requirements pertaining to the collection of your personal data:\nResponsible for processing the information provided in your application is the company specified in the job advertisement, with its registered office as indicated.
