Working at Arvato means: Together, we’re on it.\nJob Description\nThe Wave Planner is responsible for the efficient management of inventory and order fulfillment processes within the distribution center. This role involves order management, creating and dispatching work to optimize the picking, packing, and shipping of products. The Wave Planner works closely with various departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.\nYOUR TASK\nCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.\nMonitor wave performance and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands. \nResolve issues interfering with on-time completion of orders. \nCommunicate / escalate issues \nMonitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is correctly allocated for outbound orders \nEnsure that inventory is properly allocated to meet wave plans and customer demands.\nPrepare reports and provide insights on wave performance, order fulfillment rates, and inventory management. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and streamline workflows. \nCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. \nEscalate issues that cannot be resolved. \nCommunicate with Client Services on issues of non-workable orders.
