Franki Foundations est une entreprise en évolution constante, soucieuse de s’adapter à son environnement tout en restant fidèle à ses valeurs.\nPour en savoir plus : www.ffgb.be\n In samenwerking met je collega’s van de boekhoudafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:\nJe bereidt de leveranciersbetalingen en andere betalingen voor België en Frankrijk voor;\nJe stelt de cashrapporteringen op;\nJe beheert de kredietlijnen;\nJe beheert de leasing- en rentingcontracten en de leningen op korte en lange termijn;\nJe verzorgt de telefonische permanentie en volgt de herinneringen van leveranciers op;\nJe beheert de kredietverzekeringen en bankwaarborgen;\nJe geeft de omzet aan bij Atradius;\nJe volgt de klantendekkingen en schadegevallen op;\nJe maakt de projecten aan in het boekhoudsysteem;\nJe volgt klanten en betalingsherinneringen op, evenals klantengeschillen;\nJe volgt intern de goedkeuring van facturen op;\nJe draagt bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van het bedrijf op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit.\n Minimum vereiste opleiding: Je hebt een diploma Boekhouding of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdeling.\nProfessionele ervaring: Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een boekhoudafdelingin een bedrijfsomgeving.\nTalen: Vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; goede kennis van het Engels.\nCompetenties: Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig, georganiseerd,flexibel en proactief.
