As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in safeguarding the company's contractual interests, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting the successful execution of complex FM contracts. Your expertise will help maintain strong client relationships, drive commercial performance, and contribute to the smooth delivery of services across a large-scale FM programme.\nWhat You'll Drive\nEffective administration and management of the main contract and major subcontract packages.\nTimely preparation and management of contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation.\nContractual compliance across all service delivery activities.\nIdentification and mitigation of contractual risks and potential disputes.\nPreparation and support of claims, variations, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.\nStrong collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.\nContinuous improvement of contract administration processes and subcontract documentation.\nProvision of contractual guidance and support to project, operational, and commercial teams.\n You're a Great Fit If You Have\nBachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, engineering, procurement, facilities management, or a similar field.\nExperience managing service contracts, subcontract agreements, and contractual correspondence.\nStrong knowledge of claims management, variations, dispute resolution, and contract compliance.\nFamiliarity with standard forms of contract and commercial management principles.\nProfessional accreditation such as MRICS, MCIArb, or equivalent is an advantage.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.\nProficiency in contract management systems and document control processes.\n Six Construct is guided by our core values of respect, excellence, co-creation, passion, and unity.
