The key responsibilities of this position include:\nLiaise with the Project Manager to ensure internal cost controls are being maintained.\nArrange and run the trade package tendering process including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list, issue of documents, receipt of tenders, comparison of tenders and submission of tender recommendations for approval.\nPrepare contract documents for each trade package/subcontract and the administration of the projects financials through the companies cost management system.\nPrepare the submission of monthly consolidated reporting in the areas of cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters and cost analysis/reports.\nArrange and run the administration of variation claims, progress claims and other financial matters under the Head Contract and Trade package/Subcontract Agreements.\n The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:\nDegree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience in subcontract and head contract administration on construction and/or fitout projects.\nAbility to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business and stakeholders.\n Along with a competitive remuneration package and long-term career development opportunities, our employees enjoy access to the following benefits:\nWellbeing Days - three additional leave days per year.\nAwards and Recognition Program, rewarding employees who bring our values to life.\nAccess to a wellbeing program including annual skin checks and flu vaccinations.\nInstant access to Perkbox, giving you a wide variety of perks and benefits, plus curated wellbeing tools to look after your physical and mental health.\nSocial events and Family Days.\nWe are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone is valued, supported and respected.
