The position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, document control, regulatory compliance, and efficient government-related operations.\n What You'll Drive\nProcess and coordinate Emirates ID applications and related documentation.\nProcess labour card printing, issuance, and cancellation requests.\nMaintain accurate employee records and government-related documentation.\nUpdate and verify employee data within company systems and trackers.\nFollow up on government applications and monitor their status.\nPrepare and organize documentation required for government authorities.\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of supporting documents before submission.\nMaintain electronic and physical filing systems for employee records.\nGenerate reports and maintain tracking logs for government-related transactions.\nSupport the PRO team with administrative and clerical activities.\nCoordinate with employees regarding required documents and application updates.\nEnsure compliance with UAE labour, immigration, and government regulations.\nMaintain confidentiality and security of employee information and company records.\nSupport process improvements and document management initiatives.\nPerform other administrative duties as assigned by management.\n You're a Great Fit If You Have\nHigh School Diploma or Diploma in Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.\nExperience in data entry, administration, document control, or government relations support.\nKnowledge of UAE government procedures related to Emirates ID and labour card processing.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organizational and record management skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet
