By bringing strong technical expertise in electrical and automation systems the Electrical Technician helps prevent equipment failures supports operational efficiency and upholds the highest safety and performance standards. Their proactive approach directly contributes to the plants smooth functioning and overall service reliability.\nWhat Youll Drive\nPerform maintenance of STP assets including screens and wash compactors grit extraction systems blowers aerators MCC rooms control systems and related equipment.\nCarry out tank cleaning activities with proper risk assessment and implementation of necessary mitigation measures.\nOverhaul repair and replace components of electrical and automation systems as required.\nConduct infrared camera inspections of panels and electrical components to identify potential issues.\nAssemble machinery or electrical components according to specifications and operational requirements.\nPerform repairs with a strong focus on achieving maximum reliability and minimizing downtime.\nTroubleshoot and resolve reported issues in a timely and efficient manner.\nExecute thorough preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery equipment and systems.\nClean and lubricate machinery components to ensure optimal performance.\nConduct megger testing of motors and document findings.\nRead and interpret electrical drawings accurately to support maintenance and repair tasks.\nMaintain housekeeping standards in control rooms MCC rooms and all electrical installation areas.\n\nQualifications: \nYoure a Great Fit if You Have\nHigh school diploma/certificate or an equivalent qualification.\nCertification from a vocational or trade school is preferred.\nGood knowledge of tools techniques and terminology associated with the electrical and instrumentation trade.\nBasic understanding of health and safety requirements at the plant.\nAbility to follow both oral and written instructions.\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.\nStrong technical and troubleshooting skills.\nAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nProactive safetyconscious and reliable.\nWhy Youll Enjoy Working with Us\nExciting Projects\nCareer Growth\nDiverse Team\nCompetitive Benefits\nPositive Workplace Culture\n\nAdditional Information: \nSix Construct is guided by our core values of respect excellence co-creation passion and unity.
