The company currently employs a workforce of 16,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 19,000 worldwide.\n Why This Role Matters\nThe Soft Services Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for clients, tenants, and visitors. This position is responsible for overseeing daily soft services operations, leading site teams, maintaining service quality standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and delivering excellent customer service. Through effective supervision, coordination, and continuous improvement, the role contributes to client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the successful achievement of facility management objectives.\nWhat You'll Drive\nSupervise daily soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control coordination, landscaping, and janitorial services.\nLead and manage soft services staff, ensuring effective manpower deployment, attendance monitoring, and performance management.\nAllocate daily tasks and provide training and guidance to maintain high service standards.\nConduct routine inspections of washrooms, common areas, offices, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with service standards.\nMonitor service delivery against SLAs, contractual requirements, and client expectations, implementing corrective actions when required.\nEnforce health, safety, and hygiene procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.\nCoordinate with facility management teams, subcontractors, helpdesk functions, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery.\nManage client requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.\nControl and monitor cleaning materials, consumables, chemicals, and equipment to support efficient and cost-effective operations.\nEnsure proper housekeeping, waste segregation, and cleanliness across all site facilities and storage areas.\nMaintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, attendance logs, and service documentation.\nPrepare regular reports and support audits, inspections, and client reporting requirements.\nSupport emergency cleaning activities, special events, VIP visits, and other site operational requirements.\nAssist the Facility Manager in achieving KPIs, service targets, and contractual obligations while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have\nBachelor's Degree (Facility Management or Hospitality background preferred).\n3-5 years of experience in soft services within Facility Management.\nKnowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment.\nComputer skills, including reporting, emails, and CMMS.\nStrong supervision, communication, and customer service skills.\nBICS certification.\nUAE Driving License.\nWhy You’ll Enjoy Working with Us\nCompetitive Benefits\nPositive Workplace Culture\nOpportunity to work with a leading international construction group\nExposure to large-scale, high-impact projects in the Middle East\nCollaborative, diverse, and professional work environment\nCareer growth and development opportunities\n We believe our employees are key to our success, hence, we offer an inspiring working environment where our people feel rewarded & engaged.
