Als stagiair(e) binnen ons recruitmentteam krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan het volledige wervingsproces. Je ondersteunt onze recruiters en maakt kennis met verschillende facetten van talent acquisition.

Je taken kunnen onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Screenen van cv's en kandidaten
  • Vacatures publiceren en opvolgen
  • Kandidaten contacteren en interviewmomenten inplannen
  • Ondersteunen bij jobbeurzen en campusrecruitment
  • Administratieve opvolging binnen ons recruitmentproces

Wie ben jij?

  • Student in een bachelor- of masteropleiding met een HR-gerelateerde focus
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook een basis Frans
  • Communicatief sterk, administratief nauwkeurig en organisatorisch vaardig
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor initiatief
  • Teamplayer met een sterke interesse in mensen en talentontwikkeling
  • Interesse in de wereld van recruitment en selectie
