for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across development and production environments.\nConduct code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.\nWrite and maintain unit/integration tests and ensure high-quality code delivery.\nParticipate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, sprint planning, and peer reviews.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in frontend/web application development.\nStrong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development practices.\nExcellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming, promises, closures, and modern language features.\nStrong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markup.\nStrong knowledge of CSS3 responsive design, layouts, and cross-browser compatibility.\nExperience consuming and integrating RESTful Web APIs.\nGood understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management.\nExperience with browser developer tools, debugging, and performance optimisation.\nFamiliarity with Git and standard software development workflows.\nStrong understanding of web application security, accessibility, and performance best practices.\nGood problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\nExperience with TypeScript.\nExperience with state management libraries such as Redux or similar solutions.\nKnowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based application deployment.\nUnderstanding of frontend build tools such as Vite or
