No sit-down jobs here.\nCollaborator\nAble to effectively work and communicate with customers, cooperators, and vendors in a professional, courteous, and succinct manner.\nDiligent Operator\nSelf-driven and responsible for keeping up on assigned duties without constant supervision.\nDetail Oriented\nHigh level of accuracy, effective organizational skills, precise decision-making skills.\nResponsibilities & Duties\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.\nOperate and maintain production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.\nParticipate in production processes, follow procedures and training methods to ensure efficiency and quality control of our bathing product manufacturing.\nPerform quality checks on finished products to verify compliance with specifications.\nFollow instructions, use systemized scheduling and labeling with our bathing product manufacturing accordance to established guidelines.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company cleanliness standards.\nReport any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.\nFollow all safety regulations and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\nRequirements\nQualifications, Knowledge & Skills\nEntry level position will train previous production experience is a plus. \nPosition requires standing for 10 hours per day, repetitive arm motions, rolling, bending at the waist/knees, pushing, and pulling units in excess of 120 lbs. in/out of the work area.\nMust be able to wear safety glasses/goggles, rubber gloves for 10 hours.\nMust display an attitude of cooperation and the ability to work well with others.\nMust be detailed oriented.\nWork in a fast-paced environment\nWork around chemical smells.\nAbility to understand and follow instructions accurately.\nStrong attention to detail and quality orientation.\nExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nStrong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nWork Environment & Physical Demands\nWork Environment:\nThe manufacturing facility operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nThe workplace will likely involve exposure to paint-like smells and other odors commonly associated with fiberglass manufacturing processes.\nThe Production Operator may be required to work in different areas of the facility based on operational needs.\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours per shift, while performing production duties.\nPhysically capable of performing tasks that involve bending, stooping, lifting, and repetitive motions.\nAbility to push and pull objects weighing up to120 pounds.\nManual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle and manipulate small parts or equipment.\nAbility to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, including safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection.\nDisclaimer\nMust perform the essential duties and responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, efficiently and accurately without causing a significant safety threat to self or others.
