What you’ll do as a store manager:
- Oversee all aspects of our store, from leading a team with an assistant store leader, key holders and advisors to partnering with all areas of the business, and vendors
- Motivate, coach, develop and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
- Oversee store KPI's (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of retail store manager experience
- 5+ years of experience leading a retail team of at least 10 employees and a $2+ million small box retail store
- 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- A leader who leads by example on the floor to increase employee engagement, customer experience and revenue opportunities
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment

Annualized Compensation Range
$52,000.00 - $66,000.00This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.
