We have deep experience applying DevOps and cloud native practices in virtually every industry.\nQualifications & Experience\nIn basically understanding and/or have experience with AWS services and infrastructure\nWorking basically knowledge of one or more of the following container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Rancher\nWorking basically knowledge of the monitoring technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, Nagios, Icinga, PRTG, New Relic, Appdynamics etc.\nGood knowledge about Linux operating systems\nBasically knowledge/experience in administration and troubleshooting for one or more of the following: DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Configuration Management\nBeing an Agile minded team player, having good communication skills\nEagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented\nStrong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills\nBe passionate for developing well-architected, innovative, and elegant software tools and services\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nWorking with Cloud Support engineering teams on a wide variety of projects\nDevOps and cloud platforms troubleshooting\nMeeting customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues\nParticipating in work sessions with clients\nCompleting technical documentation\nDelivering quality work in agile delivery model in a team environment\nNice to have\nExperience in customer-facing software/technology or consulting\nExperience with “on-premises to cloud” migrations or IT transformations\nExperience operating solutions built on AWS (ideally)
