Together with the engineering team, you will help communicate the needs of our customers and fulfill their requirements. You will also be reporting the outcome to all related parties.\nMain Responsibilities;\nWorking in coordination with the technical and business teams to execute, deliver and improve the products\nInterpreting functional requirements and requests of customers\nSetting sprint goals and define sprint backlogs with the engineering teams\nGrooming and prioritizing the service product backlog\nIncorporating feature requests into service product roadmap & backlog\nFollowing progress of work and address detail/information issues during sprints\nDeveloping and coordinating product strategy, release timelines, and product quality\nWe want to meet you if you have;\n3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Project Manager or similar positions\nExperience of implementing and executing Scrum using modern online tools\nDevOps, cloud, development, test or similar technical background (is a plus)\nService product management know-how\nAbility to work across multiple teams\nAnalytical understanding\nStrong presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills\nCustomer and result oriented perspective\nTrack record of working closely with the technical development teams\nFlexible mind-set to adapt to new technologies\nData-driven approach to decision making\nStrong analytical and communication skills,\nTechnical acumen & detail oriented,\nCreative
