looking for go-getters and fervent Technical Recruiters to help us identify and hire talents from across the globe, and be a partner in scaling the next stage of the growth of the company.\nMain Responsibilities :\nConducting whole recruitment process \nUsing effective communication techniques to build strong relationships through regular face to face or online/telephone reviews with: client managers, stakeholders, external candidates\nScheduling and conducting telephone/video/personal interviews\nPlanning individual recruitment strategy campaigns agreeing key milestones and timelines\nFollowing up the full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.\nEstablishing the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the relevant recruitment targets are met\nPreparing job postings and posting roles to career site/external job boards\nUpdating all candidates to create short lists and long lists as needed\nFollow up the full cycle of recruitment steps such as case studies, reference checks etc.\nPreparing candidates for interviews and providing objective feedback to candidates and suppliers after the interviews\nManaging the offer process for successful candidates and enclosure of the requisitions\nRequirements :\nBachelor's degree from Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field\nMin 3 years of recruitment experience on information technologies related positions\nIT recruitment consultancy or information technology company experience is a plus\nNetworking skills / Social Networking knowledge\nDeep experience in technical candidate search through portals and social media platforms\nOwnership and direction of the recruitment process with a high level of attention\nCreating a variety of candidate resources, being detail-oriented and eager to learn\nGood planning, prioritizing and organizing skills\nGood verbal and written communication skills in English\nStrong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment funnel accurately\nStrong time management and organizational
