and Medical Representatives.\n\nProvide the field team with up-to-date product information, client analyses, sales data, and training aids.\n\nSupport the implementation of marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategies \n\nPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales & distribution reports, imports & purchases reports\n\nReport tracking and Auditing.\n\nClosely monitor Medical Representative’s daily call reports to verify the number of facilities covered and route alignment\n\nPreparing sales analysis and evaluating marketing activities with sales performance data\n\nRegulatory & Compliance Support: \n\nEnsure all marketing activities and objectives align with strict pharmaceutical industry regulations and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) \n\nOrganize corporate participation in medical symposiums, CME’s Trade shows, Scientific conferences, and Educational Workshops managing vendor logistics and attendee materials.\n\nPrepare and manage bids, tenders and contracts on behalf of the company\n\nManaging the logistics, distribution of promotional materials and strategic placement of marketing assets.\n\nManaging incoming donation requests for corporate sponsorships and community grants\n\nPreparing product competitor analysis and gathering market intelligence\n\nAdministrative & Inventory Support: \n\nTrack marketing budgets and keep promotional stock and sales support materials up to date\n\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related course from a recognized Institution.\n\nCandidate must possess at least 2 -3 years of experience in Administration in a busy environment in a similar role.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft-Office packages i.e.\n\nMicrosoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP Applications \n\nMust be a quick learner with good Communication skills, Collaboration skills, Analytical skills, Organizational and Time management skills.\n\nCandidate should be familiar with Sales reports and data
