the Role\n\nThe successful candidate will develop fleet performance frameworks, establish operational benchmarks, analyze fleet performance data, track actual performance against targets, and provide actionable insights that improve asset utilization, profitability, fuel efficiency, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.\nWe are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Business Intelligence Analyst to support fleet optimization through advanced analytics, performance measurement, forecasting, and reporting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnalyze fleet operating costs, revenue trends, and profitability metrics.\nDevelop actual-versus-target performance reports.\nAnalyze fleet performance and identify improvement opportunities.\nMonitor asset utilization, downtime, vehicle availability, and route performance.\nConduct fuel consumption analysis and identify efficiency opportunities.\nEstablish and monitor utilization, productivity, fuel-efficiency, and revenue benchmarks.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.\nPresent insights and performance reports to management.\nDevelop fleet performance dashboards and management reports.\nDevelop actionable recommendations that improve fleet productivity and profitability.\n\nSuccess in This Role Will Be Measured By\n\nRevenue & Profitability Analysis Quality\nCost Analysis Effectiveness\nReporting Accuracy\nData Integrity & Reliability.\nForecast Accuracy\nUtilization & Productivity Insights\nDashboard Availability & Timeliness\nActionable Recommendations Implemented\n\nRequirements\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\nAbility to translate data into actionable business insights.\n3-5 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Logistics Analytics, Fleet Analytics, or a related analytical role.\nExperience within logistics, fleet management, transportation, or supply chain operations is an added advantage.\nBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.\nExperience with data visualization, KPI
