Learn more at fleetworthy.com.\nWhat Your Journey Will Look Like: \nAs a Data Entry, you’ll play a key role in supporting operational excellence by accurately processing parking citations and violations for both fleet and private customers. Your precision and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. \nWhat You’ll Do: \nProcess high volumes of parking citations and violations by entering data into internal and municipal systems \nReview records for accuracy and completeness before submission \nEnsure all processing deadlines are met to maintain timely service delivery \nCollaborate with internal teams, city agencies, and customers to clarify or resolve discrepancies \nMaintain organized records (digital and/or physical) in alignment with company standards \nFollow documented procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data privacy \nParticipate in ongoing process improvement initiatives \nWhat You’ll Need: \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred \n1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical support \nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy \nSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently \nComfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word \nExceptional organizational and time management skills \nExperience with municipal or transportation data is a plus \nWhere You’ll Work: \nThis role is based onsite in our Metuchen, NJ office. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (37 Hours/Week).
