As a forward-thinking company, we’re breaking new ground in software innovation too, redefining what’s possible for our customers worldwide.\n As a CRM Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of promotions and lifecycle campaigns across the USA and Canada.\nYou will support the team in daily tasks such as creating communications, offer pages, testing and executing Sports CRM campaigns.\nYou will deliver promotional campaigns ensuring localized, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied while adhering to all relevant regulatory and marketing standards. You will prioritize the customer experience and deliver top of the line customer journeys driving retention and loyalty of bet365 users.\nThis role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.\nThe salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually.\n Experience working in a CRM or marketing related role preferred.\nExcellent organization, prioritization skills with an outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.\nWorking knowledge of Content Management Systems, including Contentful, customer engagement platforms such as Braze, customer data platforms such as Optimove and work management systems such as Monday.com.\nPassion for sports and a good understanding of online sports betting mechanics and promotions is preferred.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\n Building and testing a variety of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications).\nBuilding and maintaining offer content using a Content Management System.\nExecuting, testing, and maintaining the offer campaigns.\nEnsuring all content adheres to quality standards, regulation and brand guidelines.\nProofreading all content prior to publication, ensuring all content is accurate and meets a high standard.\nCollaborating closely with stakeholders
