You will provide expert tech support to our Directors and senior leaders, ensuring they stay connected and productive.\nYou will be responsible for technology incidents and requests which are raised, ensuring that they are resolved, or appropriately escalated and managed to resolution\nYou will also proactively maintain, assess suitability and suggest improvements of all hardware and software.\nIn this role, it is critical that you can identify and anticipate changes that may have a positive or negative impact on the technology used.
