Ability to establish, build and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and meeting deadlines.\nAbility to learn new equipment and processes, and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation.\nRead and interpret manufacturing procedures, engineering drawings, and inspection procedures and comply with their requirements. All documents are written in English.\nDemonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.\nPractice and always advocate good safety skills.\nRequired Education, Experience, and Skills\nHigh School Diploma preferred.\nPreferred 2-5 years related industry experience in medical device production assembly.\n2-5 years of experience in a medical device environment preferred.\nExperience in FDA/GMP/ISO environment preferred\nRequired Skills\nAbility to apply principles outlined in Quality System Regulations (QSRs/GMPs).\nAbility to use basic hand tools such as hand tools, micrometers, calipers, etc.\nAbility to operate electrical and mechanical equipment and interpret results.\nAbility to work well with others in a cross-functional team environment.\nAttention to detail to ensure high quality work and to detect when there are issues with tooling,materials, processes and quality.\n\nRead, interpret, and learn engineering drawings, manufacturing procedures and processesand inspection procedures.\n\nAbility to work on a computer with various programs to transact product within the productionsystem and complete online training.\n\nAbility to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing and ability to demonstrate activelistening.\n\nLocation & Position Details\nThis position is based out of our office in Irvine, California 92618\nContract to Hire\nPay Rate\n$19-$25+ per hour\nHours\nDay Shift (1st Shift): Mon - Thurs, 5:00am - 3:30pm\nSwing Shift (2nd Shift): Mon - Thurs, 3:30pm - 2:00am + 5% comp\nWeekend Day Shift (3rd Shift): Fri - Sun, 5:00am - 5:30pm + 7% comp\nWeekend Swing Shift (4th Shift): Fri - Sun, 5:00pm - 5:30am + 7% comp \nThis position may require occasional overtime, schedule adjustments, or additional weekday or weekend coverage based on business needs, production demands, training, or operational requirements.\nWork Environment\nWorks in a Lab, Clean Room, and Warehouse environment, within a well-lighted work area with good ventilation and normal noise levels from lab, shop equipment, and clean room.\nSitting or standing at a production workstation with frequent walking to transact product; intermittently write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means.\nPhysical Demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
