Title: Technical Procurement Supervisor - Project\n\nJob ID: 0112\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nJob Purpose\n\nSupport the Technical Procurement Manager in both project/CAPEX and operational technical procurement activities across Beta Glass operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLiaise with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Technical Stores, and Plant teams to ensure seamless procurement execution.\nCoordinate RFQs, technical and commercial bid evaluations, purchase order placement, and supplier follow-up for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and technical services.\nMaintain procurement and project trackers, monitor key milestones, and provide periodic status updates to support timely project execution.\nAssist in procurement execution for CAPEX and expansion projects, including furnace expansions, furnace rebuilds, plant upgrades, and other strategic initiatives.\nExpedite suppliers to ensure manufacturing, documentation, inspection, shipment, and delivery milestones are achieved in line with project schedules.\nParticipate in plant/site visits and project meetings to understand technical requirements and follow up on procurement-related actions.\nPrepare and consolidate procurement and CAPEX reports, highlighting project status, key milestones, risks, delays, and outstanding actions.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\n\nMinimum of 4-6 years’ experience. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.\nStrong technical knowledge.\n\nThe person must have:\n\nTechnical procurement
