PURPOSE:\n Support the Technical Procurement Manager in both project/CAPEX and operational technical procurement activities across Beta Glass operations.\n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n Assist in procurement execution for CAPEX and expansion projects, including furnace expansions, furnace rebuilds, plant upgrades, and other strategic initiatives.\n Coordinate RFQs, technical and commercial bid evaluations, purchase order placement, and supplier follow-up for machinery, equipment, spare parts, and technical services.\n Expedite suppliers to ensure manufacturing, documentation, inspection, shipment, and delivery milestones are achieved in line with project schedules.\n Liaise with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Treasury, Logistics, Technical Stores, and Plant teams to ensure seamless procurement execution.\n Prepare and consolidate procurement and CAPEX reports, highlighting project status, key milestones, risks, delays, and outstanding actions.\n Participate in plant/site visits and project meetings to understand technical requirements and follow up on procurement-related actions.\n Maintain procurement and project trackers, monitor key milestones, and provide periodic status updates to support timely project execution.\n QUALIFICATIONS \n Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma HND in Engineering, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\n THE PERSON MUST HAVE:\n Technical procurement experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment\n EXPERIENCE \n Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience. \n Strong technical knowledge.\n Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or any other Enterprise Resource Planning ERP software.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and
