Your responsibilities will include maintaining and managing our software, hardware, and networks across all our sites with a special emphasis on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) related tasks. This position requires providing outstanding customer service and will be the last point of issue escalation internally for identifying and resolving system issues.\nHow you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:\nProvide system administration of our cloud and on-premise environments\nSupport all aspects of Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft Domain Services\nSupport Windows configuration and security via Microsoft Intune\nSupport iOS configuration and security via a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform\nHave a working knowledge of tasks such as DNS, certificates, and encryption\nBe responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and monitoring of DLP tools across endpoints, networks, email, and cloud environments\nAct as the organization’s DLP expert, providing guidance to multiple stakeholders on best practices surrounding DLP\nCollaborate closely with both information security and other partners to create, tune, and enforce data protection policies which protect intellectual property and safeguard assets\nOrganization of upgrades and maintenance for networks and systems with minimal downtime\nConfiguration, monitoring and maintenance of backup and replication routines, including documentation and testing\nOrganization, configuration and implementation of regular disaster recovery drills, with regular review of the procedure and documentation\nMonitoring of systems and networking infrastructure using platforms such as PagerDuty\nTroubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems\nProvide Tier 2 technical support for all offices and employees\nCreation and maintenance of IT-related documentation and training material\nClosely collaborate with the Information Security team to remediate vulnerabilities and harden the environment\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5 years or more managing information systems and networks\nExpert level of understanding managing Microsoft 365 cloud offerings\nExperience using Powershell, Python, and other languages to script common tasks\nAdvanced to expert level experience in implementing DLP policies and tactics independently\nAbove and Beyond Qualifications:\nExpert-level understanding of Conditional Access and other Microsoft Cloud-native security tools\nExperience managing on-prem backup solutions\nExperience with Fortinet firewalls and networking products\nExposure to Splunk or other SIEM platforms\nAbility to administrate/implement Azure cloud services\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment:\nAbility to list 50 pounds\nOff-hours work is required to perform off-hours system maintenance\nUp to 10% travel may be required\nThe wage listed here reflects our best faith estimate for this role.
