Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.\nWe’re in search of a highly skilled Senior Developer to join one of our cross-functional project teams and contribute technical leadership across our software development and deployment lifecycle. This role is accountable for designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure applications that enhance our suite of financial products.\nYou’ll work within a collaborative team environment that supports multiple concurrent projects, leveraging modern development practices and cloud-native technologies. This includes containerized application development, orchestration with Kubernetes, and streamlined delivery through CI/CD pipelines.\nReporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team composed of developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps professionals who work collaboratively to support multiple concurrent projects. Our teams are agile, adaptable, and focused on delivering value quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Our business model is hybrid, working from our Bangalore, India campus.\nDuties and Responsibilities of the Specialist, Software Engineering:\nThis environment offers the opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives, from modernizing legacy systems to building new features and services from the ground up.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitect and implement enterprise-grade applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.\nDesign and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including managing node pools and scaling strategies.\nCollaborate with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.\nPartner with QA, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant software delivery.\nContribute to architectural decisions and help evolve our cloud-native development practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, deployment, and runtime environments.\nBalance time across multiple projects while maintaining a deep understanding of brokerage-related business logic.\nSkills and Experience of the Specialist, Software Engineering:\n6+ years of professional experience in software development.\nDeep expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.\nHands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration (including node pool management).\nProficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLabs or GitHub Actions.\nSolid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.\nExperience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular and TypeScript is a strong plus.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nExperience in the financial or brokerage domain is a
