This role is perfect for a strategic and enthusiastic production leader who has experience overseeing post-production across multiple shows, platforms, and content formats simultaneously. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced environment.\nAs Post-Production Supervisor you will be a key leader on the Betches production team and work closely with members of the podcast, video, social, creative, operations, and analytics teams. You will oversee cross-platform post-production execution, establish standards for editorial quality and delivery, and ensure that workflows support both creative excellence and business priorities.\nYou will lead and develop members of the post-production team, oversee freelance and vendor workflows, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve how content moves from production through final delivery. You have ample experience with both in-person and remote production workflows, as well as a strong understanding of the social landscape, platform requirements, and distribution strategies.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nOversee cross-platform post-production execution across podcast, video, social, and other content formats.\n\nSet and uphold editorial standards for tone, pacing, storytelling, and overall quality across post-production deliverables.\n\nEnsure all final content reflects the Betches brand voice and aesthetic across platforms and projects.\n\nIdentify and resolve creative inconsistencies while streamlining feedback, review, and approval workflows.\n\nEstablish team structures, workflows, and resource plans that support quality, efficiency, and timely delivery across multiple projects.\n\nLead and develop members of the post-production team, providing coaching, feedback, and support.\n\nCoach team leads and drive department-wide initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and team culture.\n\nOversee freelance and vendor post-production workflows, assignments, quality standards, and deliverables.\n\nDefine and improve the tools, processes, and delivery standards needed to scale post-production.\n\nPartner with creative leadership and operations to develop post-production solutions that support company goals.\n\nSet the vision and rollout plans for new editing styles, visual treatments, and platform-specific approaches.\n\nAudit deliverables and establish checkpoints to ensure consistency with the Betches brand voice and evolving creative direction.\n\nShape the team’s platform education strategy and ensure deliverables are optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.\n\nCollaborate with Analytics to evaluate platform performance and evolve post-production practices based on audience behavior and content performance.\n\nOversee post-production calendars, delivery pipelines, handoffs, and vendor timelines across multiple ongoing projects.\n\nIdentify workflow, staffing, and resource needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and creative quality.\n\nEnsure that all post-production is running smoothly and that projects meet established quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of experience in post-production, podcast/video production, or production management.\n\nExperience leading post-production teams, team leads, freelancers, and external vendors.\n\nExperience overseeing post-production across multiple shows, series, platforms, or content formats simultaneously.\n\nExperience handling resourcing, calendars and budgets\n\nStrong editorial judgment and an understanding of pacing, comedic timing, storytelling, and brand voice.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing and improving post-production workflows, review processes, and delivery standards.\n\nA strong understanding of the social landscape and how content should be edited, versioned, and distributed across platforms.\n\nExperience partnering with creative, production, operations, and analytics teams.\n\nPassionate, curious, and enthusiastic about the content that Betches covers.\n\nHighly collaborative, with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.\n\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.\n\nProficient in audio and video post-production and file/media management workflows, including Google Drive, Adobe, Asana, StudioBinder, Descript, and Pro Tools.\n\nCompensation\nThe expected annual base salary for this role is $110,000 - $115,00. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered.
