You will analyse key metrics, identify trends and opportunities, evaluate new initiatives, and help teams make data-driven decisions.\nYou will report to the Head of Esports Product, eLeagues, and work closely with Product, Trading, Quantitative Analytics, Operations, BI, and Commercial teams.\nWhat you'll do:\nAnalyse product performance: Monitor and evaluate key metrics, including turnover, GGR, margins, betting activity, and customer behaviour across products, clients, markets, and regions.\nIdentify opportunities: Detect trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and areas for product optimisation.\nApply statistical analysis: Test hypotheses, validate findings, and distinguish meaningful trends from normal fluctuations.\nInvestigate performance challenges: Analyse client underperformance and unusual betting patterns to identify root causes and recommend improvements.\nBuild forecasts and models: Develop scenarios, forecasts, and commercial impact assessments to support business decisions.\nEvaluate new initiatives: Support business cases for new products, markets, and esports formats, define success metrics, and assess pilot results.\nAnalyse market trends: Use competitor and market intelligence to identify potential risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages.\nDrive data-informed decisions: Present complex findings in a clear, practical way and provide actionable recommendations to Product, Trading, and Commercial stakeholders.\nWhat we're looking for:\nStrong analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.\nHands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).\nAbility to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into business recommendations.\nStrong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data modelling.\nPrevious experience in sports betting,
