If you enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping systems running flawlessly, this role is for you.\nResponsibilities:\n- Providing technical support to company employees and clients through Jira Service Desk.\n- Performing a variety of tasks, from software updates to event organization, as well as participating in the implementation and optimization of internal processes.\n- Installing, configuring, and regularly maintaining equipment for employees, which includes working with various types of software and hardware.\n- Conducting training sessions for new employees and providing technical consultations to clients and staff regarding software and hardware.\n- Supporting innovative solutions and implementing them into the company's infrastructure. Providing technical support to clients and resolving issues.\nRequirements:\n- At least one year of experience in technical support.\n- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and office suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).\n- Understanding the principles of computers, servers, and network equipment, and the ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.\n- Knowledge of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with VPN and other network technologies.\n- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash) are a plus.\n- Written English skills sufficient for correspondence.
