materials, including social media banners, campaign visuals, landing page graphics, and in-game promotional assets.\nDesign and develop UI elements, icons, and other digital assets that contribute to a consistent and appealing user experience.\nTake ownership of assigned design tasks, managing the process from initial concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.\nMaintain visual consistency across different platforms and materials while adapting designs to various formats and requirements.\nCollaborate with marketing, product, and game development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.\nIncorporate feedback, refine concepts, and maintain a high standard of design quality.\nKeep up with current graphic design trends, digital advertising practices, and visual styles within the gaming and entertainment industries.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.\nFamiliarity with Figma and experience working with digital design assets and UI elements.\nSolid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.\nAbility to create original graphic assets from scratch and adapt existing designs to established visual styles.\nAbility to independently manage design tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating practical design skills, creativity, and the ability to deliver polished visual materials.\nGood communication skills, receptiveness to feedback, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience in the iGaming, gaming, or entertainment industry.\nExperience designing slot game graphics, casino-related promotional materials, or game UI.\nBasic knowledge of motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar tools).\nUnderstanding of digital marketing creatives and how visual design supports advertising
