For more information, visit www.betolar.com\nWe are looking for a customer-orientedSolution Design Engineer to lead the development and commercialization of innovative solutions to protect critical infrastructure and strengthen resilience.\nThe Role\nAs a Solution Design Engineer, you will work closely with the leadership of our Critical Infrastructure Protection business and play a key role in transforming innovative concepts into commercially successful products and solutions.\nYou will drive product development activities spanning the full lifecycle from concept creation, R&D through engineering, piloting, and commercialization. Working with customers, engineering partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will translate customer needs and emerging opportunities into scalable and commercially viable solution offerings.\nThis role combines technical product development, customer engagement, and technical sales.
