The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical recruitment, volume hiring, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and driving positions to closure within agreed timelines.\nResponsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding.\nHandle hiring for Engineering roles such as Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, Network Engineering, and Infrastructure.\nManage volume hiring for Support Services roles including Technical Support, Service Desk, NOC, Customer Support, and Team Leads.\nSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.\nConduct recruiter screenings to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.\nCoordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nNegotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.\nDrive candidate engagement to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining ratios.\nTrack and report recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and closure rates.\nPartner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.\nLooking For\n4-8 years of recruitment experience.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Engineering hiring.\nExperience handling Support Services or volume hiring requirements.\nProven track record of independently managing multiple positions simultaneously.\nExperience working in IT Services, Product Engineering, GCC, or Technology organizations.\nMandatory Skills\nTechnical Skills\nEngineering and Technology hiring experience.\nVolume hiring experience for support functions.\nStrong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.\nExperience with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems.\nSkilled in candidate screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.\nKnowledge of hiring for Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Data, Networking, and Support Services roles.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong stakeholder management capability.\nData-driven decision-making and analytical mindset.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nGood to Have Skills\nExperience in campus hiring and bulk recruitment drives.\nKnowledge of recruitment analytics and dashboards.\nExposure to AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment tools.\nCertification in Talent Acquisition or HR Management.\nExperience hiring across multiple geographies.\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
