If you are passionate about the latest technologies and can handle company-critical responsibilities, then this is the role for you!\nWhat You’ll Work On\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable server-side applications using the .NET framework and related technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.\nDevelop and implement efficient and secure RESTful APIs and microservices to support client applications and integrations.\nPerform thorough testing and debugging of backend applications to ensure high quality and reliability.\nOptimise application performance and scalability through code optimisations, caching strategies, and database optimisations.\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to architectural guidelines, and best practices. \nWhat You Bring\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nStrong background in backend development, with experience in languages such as C#/.Net\nKnowledge of NoSQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server databases.\nExperience in design and implementation of distributed systems that comprise of multiple domain-oriented services.\nUnderstanding of front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with version control systems, preferably Git.\nFamiliarity with containerisation technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns. \nProficiency in SQL databases both in writing queries and optimising performance \nEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nStay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in backend development and actively contribute to improving development processes and efficiency.\nNice to Have\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \nWe don’t expect you to be an expert in all these technologies but would anticipate experience with some combined with a curiosity for others: etcd, Consul, Redis, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Orleans.\nBenefits\nHybrid working model\nPrivate health insurance\nLife insurance\nWellness allowance\nHome office set-up allowance\n24 days annual holiday leave + additional days for public holidays falling on weekends\nFlexible compensation benefits\nRemote working from abroad options\n\nWho We Are\nBetsson Group is one of the largest companies within the Global iGaming space and can trace our heritage as far back as the 1960’s.
