# Infrastructure Engineering Technical Lead - Infra

About the Role As an Infrastructure Engineering Tech Lead at Betsson Group, you will provide technical leadership and direction across our infrastructure platforms, helping ensure that our environments are reliable, resilient, secure, scalable and well engineered. You will be a senior hands-on member of the Infrastructure team, combining deep technical expertise with the ability to guide engineering decisions, establish technical standards and support the development of engineers within the team. You will work closely with Infrastructure Engineers, architects, technical leadership and other technology teams to shape the evolution of our infrastructure platforms, ensuring that solutions are designed with operational excellence, automation, standardisation and long-term sustainability in mind. This is a technical leadership role rather than a people-management position. You will lead through technical expertise, collaboration, mentoring and influence while remaining actively involved in engineering and delivery.
