We're looking for a talented Product Owner to join our team in Malta and help us bring Betsson Group's vision “to provide the best customer experience in the industry” to life.\nThe Wow\nAs a Platform Product Owner, you will be part of a team leading the development of our in-house proprietary platform, which powers our operations across multiple customer touchpoints on an international scale. You will be assigned product responsibility for specific parts of the platform and for specific initiatives on the product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders and the wider product organisation on developing and improving the capabilities of the platform as a strategic asset for the group. \nWhat we are looking for\n2+ years of working experience as a product owner or product manager. \nHighly skilled and experienced in collecting requirements and producing product specifications. \nProven ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. \nFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data integration. \nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. \nExperience with analytics tools and metrics-driven decision making.\nGreat if you have\nRelevant experience in the gaming industry and knowledgeable on the requirements of one or more jurisdictions. \nA technical background in software engineering. \nFamiliarity with functional and non-functional KPIs. \nExperience working with platforms that serve multiple customer touchpoints. \nExperience working with geographically distributed development teams. \nStrong organisational, planning and project management skills. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nGood presentation skills. \nProfessional working proficiency in English. \nA taster of what you will be involved with\nAct as the voice of the customer throughout the product development process. \nActively lead or participate in product discovery activities (such as identifying user needs, requirements gathering, scoping and solution design). \nProduce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria (functional and non-functional), complemented by visual aids where relevant. \nClearly inform engineering teams about the work that is prioritised and why, so that they are motivated to build optimal solutions. \nProvide the necessary product support to the engineering teams as may be required to aid their delivery, including active participation in agile ceremonies. \nActively support roadmap planning and manage deliveries from start to end, including active co-ordination with stakeholders and other teams as and when required. \nEnsure that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up to date. \nContribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams. \nCommunicate product status, progress, and upcoming milestones to stakeholders. \nHold effective presentations (including demos and trainings) with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required. \nEnsure that effective KPIs and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand product performance. \nMonitor platform performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimisation. \nEnsure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained. \nPerform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of).\nWhat we offer\nMuch like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
