As part of our Data CoE, you'lltake ownership of complex AI initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade solutions. You'llhave the autonomy to solve hard problems independently, the platform to influence how AI is adopted across the business, and the opportunity to share your expertisewith the wider team. \nA taster of what you will be involved with: \nExpect to independently design, build, and deploy LLM-powered pipelines and autonomous agents that solve real operational challenges from intelligent automation to advanced retrieval systems. You'llwork closely with stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions, get hands-on with frameworks like LangChain, and help set best practices around MLOpsand production-grade AI. You'llalso have opportunities to mentor developers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing as part of a well-rounded senior role. \nWhat we are looking for: \nThe ideal candidate must have the following: \nBSc/MSc in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field \n3+ years industry experience designing, building and deploying Generative AI solutions \nStrong proficiency in Python \nHands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Strands or equivalent) \nSolid foundations in deep learning and foundation models \nExperience integrating and orchestrating LLM-based pipelines end-to-end \nAbility to lead technical discussions, mentor junior/mid developers, and deliver internal knowledge sessions \nFamiliarity with LLMOps (CI/CD pipelines, model hosting, evaluation, production monitoring) \nGood knowledge of RAG pipelines \nThe following are preferred but not required: \nFamiliarity with cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI) \nExperience with fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA) \nExperience in building advanced knowledge retrieval systems including Knowledge Graphs and Context Graphs \nPrevious experience in iGaming industry \nWhat we offer\nMuch like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
