In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, combining technical expertise with a service-oriented approach to solve issues, improve processes, and support our employees. If you are a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, working across different systems, and making technology work better for people, this is the role for you.\nKey Responsibilities: \nAdminister internal and vendor applications, including user accounts, roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting, and testing.\nManage user access requests, periodic access reviews, RBAC, and related documentation.\nAdminister Jira and Confluence, including projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards, automation, spaces, and templates.\nManage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID, including users, groups, mailboxes, licenses, MFA, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nSupport employee onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding from an IT perspective.\nProvide 2nd and 3rd level IT support and technical guidance to colleagues.\nWork closely with vendors and internal teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve technical issues.\nRequirements: \n4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, application administration, or a similar role.\nHands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.\nPractical Jira & Confluence administration experience.\nExperience with access management and RBAC.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.\nExperience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.\nFluent Georgian and working-level English.\nService-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.\nNice to Have: \nPowerShell or other automation/scripting experience.\nAtlassian certification or Jira Service Management experience.\nExperience with SSO/SAML/SCIM, Intune/MDM, or ITIL.\nExperience in regulated industries such as gaming or financial services.\nExperience participating in audits.\nWe offer\nWe offer working in fast growing business with professional management teams and value driven challenging and development oriented organisational culture.
