As the project leader, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on, making sure that the project is running on schedule.\nYou interact with both with stakeholders from other Technology units but also different business functions depending on the type of project.\nAs a technical project manager you will run projects according to best practices both from a project management perspective as well as from a technical perspective.\nA taster of what you will be involved with:\nDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects\nExecuting projects by providing/maintaining visibility for requirements, scope, objectives, deliverables, financial impact, and resourcing\nIdentify, manage and mitigate project risks\nMonitor and report project progress\nApply excellent communication skills and practical knowledge to help teams work closely together.\nFacilitate effective team meetings: kick-offs, regular status updates, weekly catchups\n Uncover and remove roadblocks that prevent the various teams from achieving their shared project goals\nYou’re good with:\nAbility to drive through ambiguous and complex situations\nKnowledge in using Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project & JIRA\nSolid IT technical background\nA recognized certification in project management such as Prince or Sigma would be a big plus\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills\n Strong people management skills\nThorough understanding of project management fundamentals.\nWhat we offer\nMuch like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
